Waitakere Hospital is situated at 55 Lincoln Road, Henderson. To access Waitakere Hospital from the main link road from Auckland City, travel along State Highway 16 (Northwestern Motorway) and take the Lincoln Road exit.

Bus stops are located on Lincoln Road in close proximity to the hospital. Bus route, timetable and fare information is available by visiting the Maxx website.
Taxi ranks
Taxis are located outside the Healthwest building (opposite the Waitakere Hospital entrance). If there are no taxis immediately available, patients and visitors can request for one to be called to the main reception entrance. Assistance is also available from the reception desk for patients unable to walk to the taxi stand.
